SC: UGC Regulations 2016 Exempting PhD Holders from NET Qualification Will Apply Retrospectively - 18.08.2022

Supreme Court has held that University Grants Commission (UGC) Regulations, 2016 which exempts PhD holders from National Eligibility Test (NET) qualification would be applied retrospectively.
