Delhi HC: Safe Harbour Protection Available to Intermediaries Unless Active Role is Disclosed - 18.08.2022

Delhi High Court has held that unless an active role is disclosed in the commission of the offences as complained of, an intermediary would be entitled to claim safe harbor protection under Section 79 of the Information Technology Act, 2000.
