HP HC: Government Service Rules Must be Implemented in Uniform Manner Throughout The State - 17.08.2022

Himachal Pradesh High Court while observing the implementation of Himachal Pradesh Kanungo’s Service Rules, 1951 has held that service rules framed by a state agency must be applied uniformly throughout the State.
