Delhi HC: Sports Administration Not Male Preserve, Women Presence Must be Acknowledged - 17.08.2022

Delhi High Court while observing that in all its 95 years of existence, the Indian Olympic Association never had a woman as its President or Secretary General, has held that significant presence of women in the sporting world must be acknowledged.
