Kerala Court: Sexual Harassment Not Prima Facie When Woman Was Wearing Sexually Provocative Dress - 17.08.2022

Kerala Court while granting anticipatory bail to accused in sexual harassment case, has held that offence under Section 354A of the Indian Penal Code is not prima facie attracted when the woman was wearing sexually provocative dresses.
