Raj. HC: Divorce Application Can’t be Thrown Out Only Because Exact Date of Marriage Not Mentioned - 16.08.2022

Rajasthan High Court has held that failure to mention exact date of marriage in an application for divorce alone cannot be reason for dismissing such application, if Court suspects that averments on aspect of marriage are inconclusive it can exercise its power to verify truthfulness of averments.
