Bom. HC Grants Compensation to Nigerian National Jailed for 2 Year Due to Mistake in Forensic Report - 16.08.2022

Bombay High Court has ordered compensation of Rs. 2 Lakhs and granted bail to the Nigerian national incarcerated in 2020 on the basis of an erroneous forensic report stating that liberty under Article 21 is also available to foreign citizens.
