Cal. HC: In Absence of Any Resistance or Alarm it Cannot be Said Victim Was Kidnapped - 12.08.2022

Calcutta High Court while acquitting two persons accused of kidnapping with an intention to marry on the grounds of doubt regarding victim girl's age, has held that the girl is a grown up and didn’t raise any hue and cry or ask for rescue to any person of bus including the conductor.
