Meghalaya HC Quashes POCSO Charges Against Man Accused of Having Consensual Sex With Minor Wife - 12.08.2022

Meghalaya High Court while setting aside charges against man under provisions of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act for allegedly having consensual sex with his minor wife has held that the couple is in a relationship where love is the deciding factor.
