Mumbai Court: No PMLA Case Without Scheduled Offence - 10.08.2022

Mumbai Special Court while referring to Supreme Court ruling on Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA), has ordered the interim release of two accused in money laundering case, citing that if there is no scheduled offence, PMLA case cannot continue.
