SC Raps Centre over Delay in Setting Up of SHRC - 11.04.2016

SC has asked Centre why there was delay in setting up State Human Rights Commission (SHRC) in Delhi despite City Government completing the necessary groundwork and sending the recommendation to the Lieutenant Governor.
