Guj. HC: Person Working in Supervisory Capacity Cannot Raise Industrial Dispute - 05.08.2022

Gujarat High Court has held that a person working in ‘supervisory’ capacity cannot raise an industrial dispute under the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947.
