Delhi HC to Police: Take Quick Action for Speedy Disposal of COVID Protocol Violations - 05.08.2022

Delhi High Court has held that it would be appropriate for the Delhi police to take quick action in all the pending matters relating to violation of orders passed under the Disaster Management Act, 2005 without further delay.
