Kerala HC: With Proper Resolve Citizens Can be Spared of Unnecessary Inundation Every Year - 05.08.2022

Kerala High Court while issuing directions to authorities to clear up drainage system and canals to prevent inundation of city, has held that Cochin Corporation and Police must ensure that waste is not being dumped in drains and violation of these orders must be dealt with under full warrant of law.
