Delhi HC to State: Ensure Strict Compliance of Senior Citizens Act - 04.08.2022

Delhi High Court has directed Delhi Government to ensure strict compliance of Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007, and also directed State Legal Services Authority to ensure that legal aid is extended to persons covered under the Act to avoid any inconvenience to them.
