Kerala HC: S.113B of Evidence Act Casts Reverse Burden on Accused to Disprove Prosecution Case - 04.08.2022

Kerala High Court has held that in dowry death cases, Section 113B of the Indian Evidence Act casts a reverse burden on the accused to disprove he prosecution case, and if he fails to rebut the presumption under Section 113B, the court is bound to act on it.
