Delhi HC Question Special Court’s Jurisdiction in Nido Tania’s Case - 11.04.2016

Delhi HC has raised questions over jurisdiction of special court conducting trial in case of Nido Tania, in 2014, while pointing out that charges against the accused under the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989, had been dropped.
