Kerala High Court Lays Down Two Modes to Appoint Sole Arbitrator - 03.08.2022

Kerala High Court has held that sole arbitrator can only be appointed either by High Court or by express agreement in writing between parties in dispute and sole arbitrator appointment through any other mode will be ex facie bad and in contravention of the Act.
