Madras HC Allows Solemnization of Marriage Through Virtual Mode - 03.08.2022

Madras High Court while allowing solemnization of marriage through virtual mode with the groom in USA and bride in India has held that Section 12 of Special Marriage Act gives liberty to parties that it must be recognized and reasonable and not against public policy.
