Tel. HC: Jurisdiction to Try Offence of Manufacturing Sub-Standard Drug Lies Where Sale Completed - 02.08.2022

Telangana High Court has held that an offence of manufacture of substandard quality of drug can only be tried by Court in whose jurisdiction sale has taken place and place where sample has been obtained by drug inspector cannot be jurisdiction of trial under Section 177 of Criminal Procedure Code.
