Madras HC: Hospital's Delay to Shift Patient to Another Hospital for Proper Treatment is Negligence - 02.08.2022

Madras High Court while ordering lump sum compensation of Rs. 5 lakhs to young mother has held that here was negligence on the part of respondent hospital for not taking proper care of petitioner and for failing to shift petitioner to different Hospital when the situation warranted.
