Uttarakhand HC: PwD Entitled to Horizontal Reservation Cutting Across All Categories - 02.08.2022

Uttarakhand High Court while quashing advertisement issued by UKPSC, finding it to be violative of Rule 11(4) of Rights of Persons with Disability Rules and Indra Sawhney judgment, has held that Persons with disabilities (PwD) are entitled to horizontal reservation cutting across all categories.
