SC: Not Necessary to Specifically Plead Managing Director is in Charge of Company's Affairs - 02.08.2022

Supreme Court has held that it is not necessary to make an averment that a Managing Director or Joint Managing Directors were in charge of and responsible for the conduct of the business of a company to make them accused under Section 141 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881.
