Delhi HC: State Has Expertise & Confidential Info to Evaluate Threat Perception of Individuals - 02.08.2022

Delhi High Court has held that once State authority is of the view that petitioner does not need round the clock security cover that in where the matter should rest. It is State which has all relevant information, expertise and confidential information to evaluate threat perceptions to individuals.
