Delhi HC: National Commission for Scheduled Castes Not Equivalent to Civil Court - 01.08.2022

Delhi High Court has held that merely because the Commission has the powers of a Civil Court for the purpose of carrying out investigations or enquiring into complaints, it can’t be implied that Commission is equivalent to Civil Court or can issue directions after deciding rights of the parties.
