Bombay HC Disallows Retrospective Benefits Under EWS Category in MSEDCL Recruitment Drive - 01.08.2022

Bombay High Court has held that Maharashtra Government's decision to allow members of Maratha community to avail benefits under Economically Weaker Section (EWS) category midway through an electricity distribution recruitment drive, is unjustified and illegal.
