SC: Refer Motor Accident Claims Which Can be Compromised to Lok Adalat - 01.08.2022

Supreme Court has directed compromisable insurance claims from the High Court and the Motor Accidents Claim Tribunal (MACT) which adds up to one lakh fifty five thousand cases to be placed before the Lok Adalat that is proposed to be held on 13th August, 2022.
