Gujarat Court while denying bail to Teesta Setalvad & RB Sreekumar in case of fabrication of evidence in relation to 2002 Gujarat riots larger conspiracy case, has held that they received monetary fund by political faction with view to highlight the incident as motivated and organized by government.
