Delhi HC to State: Decide On Banning Medically Unnecessary Sex-Selective Surgeries on Intersex Infant - 29.07.2022

Delhi High Court has directed Delhi Government to take appropriate decision on recommendation given by Delhi Commission for Protection of Child Rights (DCPCR) to ban medically unnecessary, sex-selective surgeries on intersex infants and children except in cases of life-threatening situations.
