SC: Don't Re-notify Election Process for 367 Local Bodies to Implement OBC Quota - 29.07.2022

Supreme Court has held that the Court had made it clear that Maharashtra State Election Commission (SEC) shall not re-notify election to provide reservation in respect of 367 local bodies. The Court also stated that action shall be taken against SEC if direction of Court is not complied with.
