Gujarat HC: Yes Bank is a Private Entity And Not Amenable to Writ Jurisdiction - 28.07.2022

Gujarat High Court has held that 30% shareholding of State Bank of India (SBI) cannot make Yes Bank a State under Article 12 of Constitution, and therefore Yes Bank Ltd is a private bank and not amenable to writ jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution.
