AAR: Fish/Prawn Farming Does Not Amount to Agriculture - 28.07.2022

Authority for Advance Ruling (AAR), Andhra Pradesh has held that fish/prawn farming not amount to ‘agriculture’, and therefore Goods and Services Tax exemption shall not be extended for Fish/Prawn Farming.
