Madras HC to Police: Register Offence of Cheating for Failure to Disclose Impotency Before Marriage - 28.07.2022

Madras High Court has directed the police to register offence of cheating under Section 417 and 420 of Indian Penal Code against the husband who deceived his wife by non-disclosing his impotency before marriage.
