Rajasthan HC: Ayurvedic Doctors Entitled to Continue Service Till Completion of Age of 62 Years - 27.07.2022

Rajasthan High Court while considering petition challenging difference in age of superannuation of Allopathic and Ayurvedic doctors, has held that Ayurvedic Doctors are entitled to continue in service till completion of age of 62 years, which is applicable in the case of allopathic doctors.
