NGT to LMC: Deposit ?100 Crores Towards Interim Compensation for Death of People at Dump Site - 27.07.2022

National Green Tribunal (NGT), New Delhi has directed the Ludhiana Municipal Corporation (LMC) to deposit a sum of Rs. 100 crores with the District Magistrate towards interim compensation for death of seven persons in a fire at a garbage dump site at Tajpur Road.
