Chhattisgarh HC: Economic Offences Are Serious Threat to Financial Health of Country - 26.07.2022

Chhattisgarh High Court while denying a bail application from applicant, who allegedly obtained fraudulent input tax credit, has held that the economic offences cause a serious threat to the financial health of the country and the same shall be treated as grave offences.
