CESTAT: Rejection of Refund on Flimsy Ground Defeats The Purpose of Rebate Schemes - 26.07.2022

Customs, Excise and Service Tax Appellate Tribunal (CESTAT), Kolkata Bench has held that the rejection of refund on flimsy ground would defeat the purpose of rebate schemes and the same will trap the exporters under unnecessary litigations.
