SC Dismisses Petitions Filed to Seek GST Exemption for Haj-Umrah Services - 26.07.2022

Supreme Court has dismissed a batch of petitions filed by various private tour operators seeking exemption from the Goods and Services Tax for Haj and Umrah services offered by them to pilgrims travelling to Saudi Arabia.
