Guj. HC: Party Can Withdraw Consent for Reference To Arbitration Anytime Before Court Acts Upon it - 22.07.2022

Gujarat High Court has held that a party can withdraw its consent for reference to arbitration under Section 89 of Civil Procedure Code anytime before the court has acted upon such a reference.
