Bombay HC: S.125 CrPC Meant for Immediate Support, Courts Can’t Be Hyper Technical in Approach - 21.07.2022

Bombay High Court has held that courts should not get too technical while deciding petitions under Section 125 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. The Court observed that the provision is made for immediate financial support of a person so that he or she can survive.
