Delhi HC Stays Ban on Levy of Service Charge by Restaurants on Food Bills - 20.07.2022

Delhi High Court has stayed Central Consumer Protection Authority’s (CCPA) guidelines that prohibited hotels and restaurants from levying service charges on bills.
