Delhi HC: Employee Can’t Seek Regularisation of Service if Continued on Ad Hoc Basis for Decades - 19.07.2022

Delhi High Court has held that an employee will not be entitled to seek permanency or regularization of service even if he has continued on ad hoc basis for decades.
