ITAT: No Addition Towards Anonymous Deduction if Identity of Donors is Established - 19.07.2022

Income Tax Appellant Tribunal (ITAT), Visakhapatnam Bench has held that if the identity of donors is established under Section 115BBC of Income-Tax Act, 1961, money received cannot be considered as anonymous donations.
