NGT Directs DERC to Fix Waste Plant Power Rates - 07.04.2016

National Green Tribunal (NGT) has irked over a dispute for purchase of power from the Bawana waste-to-energy plant and directed Delhi Electricity Regulatory Commission (DERC) to fix the rates at which electricity is to be purchased by discoms.
