ITAT: Partition/Family Arrangement is not Capital Gain - 19.07.2022

Income Tax Appellate Tribunal (ITAT), Mumbai Bench has held that a partition or family arrangement cannot be treated as “transfer” for the purpose of the Income Tax Act, 1961.
