Kar. HC Upholds Maintainability of Google’s Plea to Restrain CCI from Exposing Confidential Info - 15.07.2022

Karnataka High Court has rejected the application filed by Alliance of Digital India Foundation challenging the maintainability of Google India' plea to restrain the Competition Commission of India (CCI) from divulging the company's confidential information to the complainant.
