Calcutta High Court Fines BJP Leader for Trying to Settle Political Scores by Filing a Deceptive Plea - 20.08.2015

Calcutta High Court has imposed fine of Rs. 10 lakh on a BJP functionary of Calcutta for trying to “settle political scores” by filing deceptive plea alleging police inaction in case of hate speech against Abhishek Banerjee, Trinamool Congress MP.
