Delhi HC: Create Mechanism for TM Owners to Seek Cancellation/Transfer of Objectionable Domain Names - 15.07.2022

Delhi High Court has held that the Domain Name Registrars (DNRs) must create a mechanism by which any trademark (TM) owner who has an objection to the registration granted to any domain name, can approach the said DNR and seek cancellation or transfer of the same.
