Bengaluru Court Directs Social Media to Take Down Photo Against Justice Surya Kant & Pardiwala - 13.07.2022

Bengaluru Court has directed social media platforms Twitter, Facebook, Linkedin, Instagram and Whatsapp to take down a widely circulated photograph which was used to make false and defamatory claims against Justice Surya Kant and Justice Pardiwala of the Supreme Court.
