Kar. HC Grants Bail to POCSO Accused as He Was Involved in Sexual Act With Minor After Marriage - 13.07.2022

Karnataka High Court has granted bail to an accused arrested under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act and Child Marriage Act, noting that the accused had subjected the minor girl to sexual act after they had got married, following elopement.
